Question 1

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across London only. Every order is handled by our own team, which allows us to keep each bottle chilled from the press to your door. Delivery is £3.99 and free on orders of £30 or more.

Question 2

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

We run a next-day delivery service, with deliveries beginning at 2pm. Orders placed before 6pm are prepared and delivered the following day; orders placed after 6pm are processed for delivery the day after next. As we complete our own deliveries, the exact window depends on your area — enter your postcode in the basket to see your delivery day and time.

Question 3

How long does it last?

Accepted Answer

For best quality, keep frozen for up to 1 month. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 24–48 hours. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.

Question 4

How should I store it?

Accepted Answer

Keep frozen — enjoy whenever you're ready. Thaw bottles in the fridge, then keep them refrigerated and drink within 24–48 hours. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.

Question 5

Any allergens?

Accepted Answer

The Creamy is made with organic oat milk; our other two blends use coconut water. Sea moss is an optional add-on — it's a sea vegetable, naturally high in iodine. If you have a seaweed sensitivity, iodine or thyroid condition, avoid or talk to your GP before purchasing. Please research sea moss thoroughly. Let us know before ordering and we're happy to substitute an alternative milk or water, or leave the sea moss out.

Question 6

What if I'm not home?

Accepted Answer

We'll leave your order with a trusted neighbour so it can be refrigerated straight away. If there's no neighbour available and you're not home, we'll attempt delivery again the next day.

Question 7

What if I can't be home for my delivery window?

Accepted Answer

If you can't be at home for your estimated window for any reason, please message @22refuel directly. We can arrange a meeting point in London at a time that suits you, our courier and team.

Question 8

What if my order isn't fresh or I'm not happy?

Accepted Answer

Not fresh? Not right? We'll refund it, no problem. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order and we'll sort it the same day — that's our freshness guarantee on every bottle.

Question 9

How does the subscription work?

Accepted Answer

Subscribe to a 3-pack or 6-pack delivered weekly or every fortnight and save 10% on every delivery — that's £15.29 per 3-pack or £26.99 per 6-pack, with free delivery included. Skip a delivery, change your flavours or cancel anytime, no problem. Every subscriber gets our free Juice Guide.

Question 10

What's the free Juice Guide?

Accepted Answer

A short guide we made to help you get the most from every bottle — the lineup, when to drink each blend for training, how to store it, and a simple starter week. It's free for every customer: download it from the Subscribe page.
